Separate Compartments for Toilets
AUTHORITY: Authorized by and implementing Section 9(b) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 8, par. 37-9(b)).ILLINOIS RACING BOARD
Each toilet (closet) shall occupy a separate compartment which shall be equipped with a door, a latch, and a clothes hanger.
