1. (1) The court shall hear a motion pursuant to section 6-3903 , Idaho Code, no later than sixty (60) days after filing of the motion, unless the court orders a later hearing:

   1. (a) To allow discovery pursuant to section 6-3904(4), Idaho Code; or
   2. (b) For other good cause.
2. (2) If the court orders a later hearing pursuant to subsection (1)(a) of this section, the court shall hear the motion pursuant to section 6-3903, Idaho Code, no later than sixty (60) days after the court order allowing the discovery, unless the court orders a later hearing pursuant to subsection (1)(b) of this section.
