1. (1) There is hereby created in the dedicated fund the United States olympic account. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the United States olympic committee, which is a congressionally chartered corporation under public law 95-606–36 USC 371 et seq. Moneys in the account must be paid at least annually to the United States olympic committee.
