If grounds for discipline are found to exist, the board of medicine, upon the recommendation of the allied health advisory board, may issue an order to:

1. (1) Revoke the dietitian’s license to practice dietetics;
2. (2) Suspend or restrict the dietitian’s license to practice dietetics; and/or
3. (3) Impose conditions or probation upon the dietitian’s license to practice dietetics.
