Inspections of modular buildings — When authorized — Approval and certification.

Notwithstanding the exception provided in subsection (1)(h) of section 54-2602 , Idaho Code, the administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses may make plumbing inspections of any modular building upon written request from the manufacturer.
- (1) Inspections shall be made in accordance with the codes adopted in this chapter.
- (2) Inspection fees shall be as provided in section 39-4303, Idaho Code.
- (3) The administrator may issue inspection tags for inspections if the buildings are in compliance with the codes adopted in this chapter.
