1. (1) A community infrastructure district shall develop community infrastructure consistent with the general plan and in compliance with the requirements of chapter 13, title 50 , Idaho Code, and chapter 65, title 67 , Idaho Code.
2. (2) A community infrastructure district shall be deemed to be of the same nature and afforded the same treatment as a local improvement district for purposes of application of section 58-336, Idaho Code, relating to lands benefitting by such district; section 67-8209, Idaho Code, authorizing development impact fee credits; and section 67-8214, Idaho Code, providing that other powers and rights of governmental entities are not affected.
