- (1) The factory built structures advisory board, established in the division of occupational and professional licenses in accordance with the provisions of section 39-4302 , Idaho Code, shall advise the administrator in the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
- (2) The board shall have the authority to promulgate rules in accordance with chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
