Idaho Code § 41-712 – Certain terms defined.

(1) Certain terms used are defined for the purposes of this chapter as follows:
1. (a) "Obligation" includes bonds, debentures, notes or other evidences of indebtedness.
2. (b) "Institution" includes corporations, joint-stock associations, and business trusts.
