In addition to the fines imposed in sections 36-1402 and 36-1404 , Idaho Code, there is hereby imposed an additional fine of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) against each person convicted as provided in those sections, to be deposited directly to the credit of the search and rescue account created in section 67-2913 , Idaho Code.
