- (1) Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) or imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days, or both. Fines collected for violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be paid into the Idaho barley commission account.
- (2) Any person or firm who makes payment to the commission at a date later than that prescribed in section 22-4015, Idaho Code, shall be subject to a late payment penalty as set forth by the commission by rule and regulation. Such penalty shall not exceed the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum on the amount due.
