Any person convicted of an offense as provided in section 18-1508 , 18-1508B , or 18-1508C , Idaho Code, requiring sex offender registration as set forth in section 18-8304 , Idaho Code, and who is ordered to a fixed minimum term of confinement shall not, during such term of confinement, be eligible for parole, discharge, credit, reduction of sentence for good conduct, work release, or furlough.
