821—5.1(47) Election registers.

1. 5.1(1)  Election registers shall contain at least the following information:

   1. a. Full name.
   2. b. Address.
   3. c. Date of birth.
   4. d. Registration status if it is “pending.”
   5. e. Political affiliation (for partisan primary elections only).
2. 5.1(2)  Other information may be included on the election register upon the approval of the county commissioner of registration.
