721—9.2(17A) Notice of petition.

Within 15 days after receipt of a petition for a declaratory order, the secretary of state’s office shall give notice of the petition to all persons not served by the petitioner pursuant to 9.6(17A) to whom notice is required by any provision of law. The office may also give notice to any other persons.
