721—45.10(572) Delay by administrator.

1. 1. The delay is caused by interruption of communication or computer facilities, war, emergency conditions, failure of equipment, or other circumstances beyond the control of the administrator.
2. 2. The administrator exercises reasonable diligence under these circumstances.

Delay by the administrator beyond a time limit prescribed in these rules is excused if:
