721—10.5(17A) Filing of petition.

1. 10.5(1)  License or authorization application. If the petition relates to a license or authorization application, the petition shall be made in accordance with the filing requirements for the license or authorization in question.
2. 10.5(2)  Contested cases. If the petition relates to a pending contested case, the petition shall be filed in the contested case proceeding, using the caption of the contested case.
3. 10.5(3)  Other. If the petition does not relate to a license application or a pending contested case, the petition shall be submitted in writing to the secretary of state’s office.
