621—17.2(20,70A) Filing of appeal.

1. 17.2(1)  Timeline. The employee must file the appeal within 30 calendar days following the later of the effective date of the action or the date a finding is issued to the employee by the office of ombudsman pursuant to Iowa Code section 2C.11A.
2. 17.2(2)  Method of filing. Appeals shall be electronically filed pursuant to 621—Chapter 16.
