561—7.1(17A,455A) Scope and applicability.

This chapter applies to contested case proceedings conducted by the department of natural resources, as defined in rule 561—7.2(17A,455A). Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to grant a right to a contested case proceeding when the Iowa Code does not specifically provide for a contested case, except that vendor appeal contested case proceedings may be conducted according to the provisions of 561—Chapter 8.
