561—17.13(458A) Reports by producers, transporters or storers.

1. 17.13(1)  Producers. The producer or operator of each and every lease shall, on or before the fifteenth day of each month succeeding the month in which the production occurs, submit to the department a statement showing the amount of production made by each such lease during the preceding month.
2. 17.13(2)  Transporters or storers. Each transporter or storer of any oil or gas from any well, lease, pool, or developed unit shall, on or before the fifteenth day of each month succeeding the month in which the purchasing or taking occurs, file with the department, a statement of oil or gas purchased or taken from any such well, lease, pool, or developed unit during the preceding month.
