571—80.3(481A) Confiscated fish or game.

1. 80.3(1)  The following conditions shall apply to a person being allowed to take possession of fish or game confiscated by the department of natural resources or a court.

2. 80.3(2)  Confiscated fish or game, when salvageable, shall be disposed of in accordance with the following priorities:

   1. a. Public institutions.
   2. b. Nonprofit organizations.
   3. c. Others.
