571—46.27(321I) Parking and unloading areas.

All vehicles, other than regulated vehicles, and trailers shall be parked in designated parking areas. No such vehicles, other than regulated vehicles, shall be left unattended in any park drive access point, unloading area, road or highway, except in the case of an emergency.
