Unauthorized vehicles

571—46.26(321I) Unauthorized vehicles.

The local sponsor, or the department consistent with its relationship to the local sponsor under 571—46.53(321I), may tow unauthorized vehicles, including hauling equipment. Towing shall be at the owner’s expense.
