571—46.19(321I) Information provided to purchaser.

At the time of sale, a dealer shall provide all purchasers of all-terrain vehicles with information on how to access the department’s website. The department shall provide regulations related to regulated vehicle use. Information provided on the department’s website shall be deemed current information for purposes of this rule.
