Vessel operation on the Des Moines River from its confluence with the Mississippi River in Lee County to the northerly meander lines of both the East and West Branches shall be governed by this departmental rule as well as all applicable state laws and regulations. Areas may be specifically designated for swimming, wading, and restricted speed areas.
