571—37.38(462A) Brown’s Lake, Woodbury County.

1. 37.38(1)  Zone 1 shall extend 570 yards from the boat ramp east to the regulatory buoys and 150 yards west from the boat ramp.
2. 37.38(2)  Zone 2 shall begin at the regulatory buoys located at the 24-inch steel pipe and shall extend west.

Vessels may be operated at a speed not greater than 5 miles per hour within the two zoned areas designated by regulatory buoys or other approved uniform waterway markers. Areas may be specifically designated for swimming by the use of regulatory buoys.
