571—37.14(462A) Boat dealer’s annual report of vessels with expired registrations.

Each boat dealer shall file, before May 5 of each year, an annual report with the department on the appropriate form listing all used vessels held by the dealer for sale or trade and for which the registration fee for the current year has not been paid.
