571—27.13(456A) Recordkeeping and retention.

A grant recipient shall keep adequate records relating to its administration of a project, particularly relating to all incurred costs. These records shall be available for audit by appropriate personnel of the department, the state auditor’s office and the U.S. Department of the Interior.
