571—16.21(461A) Persons affected by DMA permit—hearing request.

Any person who claims that riparian or littoral property rights are adversely affected by a DMA dock site permit may request, in writing, a hearing to reconsider the permit. Requests for hearings shall show cause and shall be made in accordance with procedures described in 571—Chapter 7.
