371—7.9(173) Walnut Center.

1. 7.9(1)  Area: 65′ × 107′. The facility includes:

   1. a. Ordinary electricity and water.
   2. b. Preparation and cleanup.

2. 7.9(2)  Charges. Licensees are subject to the following charges:

   1. a. At a daily rate.
   2. b. Final cleanup and garbage hauling.
   3. c. Added service, labor, equipment, telephone and Internet services at established rates (see 371—7.3(173)).

3. 7.9(3)  Policy.

   1. a. All camping fees will be charged on a daily basis; fees will be collected by a representative of the Iowa state fair.
   2. b. All vehicles and equipment must be parked in designated areas.
   3. c. Licensees shall provide liability insurance (see subrule 7.2(2)).
