371—7.18(173) Sheep and baby beef barn.

1. 7.18(1)  Iowa state fair may provide:

   1. a. Tie stalls.
   2. b. Office area.
   3. c. Hauling of manure, garbage and other refuse from barn area.
   4. d. Washing area on south side of barn.
   5. e. Restroom facilities.
   6. f. Normal electricity and water.
   7. g. Parking areas.
   8. h. Noncertified scales on request for supervised weighing.
   9. i. Loading and unloading chutes.

2. 7.18(2)  Licensee will:

   1. a. Be responsible for checking sheep and cattle in and out of barn.
   2. b. Check with fair officials before leaving grounds regarding number of aisles used and billing.
   3. c. Provide liability insurance (see subrule 7.2(2)).

3. 7.18(3)  Policy.

   1. a. All camping units will be assigned to designated areas. Camping fees will be charged at a set rate per night; fees will be collected by a representative of the Iowa state fair.
   2. b. All vehicles and equipment must be parked in designated areas.

4. 7.18(4)  Prohibitions.

   1. a. Trailers, campers and trucks, except those displayed, are prohibited from parking inside buildings.
   2. b. Heating and cooking units using volatile fuel are prohibited by the fire marshal.
5. 7.18(5)  Charges. Charges will apply at a daily rate.
