371—7.16(173) Multimedia center.

1. 7.16(1)  Iowa state fair may provide:

   1. a. Sale arena with seating.
   2. b. Four reverse projection screens above the arena.
   3. c. Projection room behind the screens.
   4. d. Restroom facilities.
   5. e. Parking areas.
   6. f. Office area.

2. 7.16(2)  Charges. Licensees are subject to the following charges:

   1. a. At a daily rate.
   2. b. Added service, labor, equipment, telephone and Internet services at established rates (see 371—7.3(173)).

3. 7.16(3)  Policies.

   1. a. All camping units will be assigned to designated areas. Camping fees will be charged at a set rate per night; fees will be collected by a representative of the Iowa state fair.
   2. b. All vehicles and equipment must be parked in designated areas.
   3. c. Licensees shall provide liability insurance (see subrule 7.2(2)).
