371—7.15(173) Livestock pavilion.

1. 7.15(1)  Iowa state fair may provide:

   1. a. Indoor arena: 170′ × 120′.
   2. b. Seating: 2,000.
   3. c. Building heating and ventilating systems.
   4. d. Restroom facilities.
   5. e. Indoor ticket booths.
   6. f. Judge’s stand.

2. 7.15(2)  Policy.

   1. a. In all events, the Iowa state fair reserves the right of concession privileges.
   2. b. All camping units will be assigned to designated areas. Camping fees will be charged at set rate per night; fees will be collected by a representative of the Iowa state fair.
   3. c. Licensees shall provide liability insurance (see subrule 7.2(2)).
   4. d. All vehicles and equipment must be parked in designated areas.

3. 7.15(3)  Charges. Licensees are subject to the following charges:

   1. a. At a daily rate.
   2. b. Fuel.
   3. c. Added service, labor, equipment, telephone, and Internet services at established rates (see 371—7.3(173)).
