371—7.12(173) Youth inns.

1. 7.12(1)  Area. Main floor of boys’ youth inn includes dorm area, kitchen area, dining area and auditorium and toilet facilities.

2. 7.12(2)  Charges. Charges are as follows:

   1. a. A daily rate plus preparation, cleanup and utilities.
   2. b. Added services, labor, equipment, telephone and Internet services at established rates (see 371—7.3(173)).
   3. c. Boys’ youth inn second floor dorm fee negotiable.
   4. d. Girls’ youth inn first floor dorm fee negotiable.
   5. e. Girls’ youth inn second floor dorm fee negotiable.
   6. f. Dorm area in boys’ youth inn per daily rate.
   7. g. Auditorium in boys’ youth inn per daily rate.
3. 7.12(3)  Policy. Licensees shall provide liability insurance (see subrule 7.2(2)).
