371—7.11(173) Agriculture building.

1. 7.11(1)  Area: 100′ × 290′.

2. 7.11(2)  Charges. Licensees are subject to the following charges:

   1. a. At a daily rate.
   2. b. Final cleanup.
   3. c. Added service, labor, equipment, telephone and Internet services at established rates (see 371—7.3(173)).

3. 7.11(3)  Policy.

   1. a. All camping units will be assigned to designated areas. Camping fees will be charged at a daily rate; fees will be collected by a representative of the Iowa state fair.
   2. b. All vehicles and equipment must be parked in designated areas.
   3. c. Licensees shall provide liability insurance (see subrule 7.2(2)).
