351—8.2(68B) Individuals not considered executive branch lobbyists.

Individuals uncertain as to whether they are considered executive branch lobbyists should contact the board for guidance prior to engaging in any executive branch lobbying.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 68B.2(13).
