351—6.1(68B) Scope of chapter.

Pursuant to Iowa Code section 68B.32A(13), this chapter establishes rules relating to ethical conduct for the executive branch of state government and other political subdivisions.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 68B.32(1) and 68B.32A(13).
