31.2(1) The following terms apply as defined in Iowa Code section 299A.1:
“Competent private instruction.”
“Independent private instruction.”
“Private instruction.”
31.2(2) The following term applies as defined in Iowa Code section 299A.6:
“Adequate progress.”
