281—19.4(256E) Definitions.

The definitions set forth in Iowa Code section 256E.2 apply to this division. In addition, “parent” includes a child’s biological or adoptive parent, as well as anyone authorized by state or federal law or court order, judgment, or decree to make educational decisions for the child.
