281—16.7(256C) Appeal of application denial, termination, or removal of approval.

Any applicant may appeal to the director of the department the denial of a properly submitted preschool program funding application or the unilateral termination or removal of an approval. The jurisdictional criteria and procedures found in 281—Chapter 7 apply to any appeal of denial.
