265—7.7(17A) Waiver of procedures.

Unless otherwise precluded by law, the parties in a contested case proceeding may agree to waive any provision of this chapter. However, the authority in its discretion may refuse to give effect to such a waiver when it deems the waiver to be inconsistent with the public interest.
