265—42.6(16) Application procedures.

The authority will issue requests for applications periodically, specifying requirements, priorities, period of funding, and maximum and minimum award amounts, subject to available funds. Requests for applications may be issued jointly with the SAF program. Only applications submitted as prescribed by the authority will be considered.
