265—42.5(16) Ineligible activities.

Any activity that is not authorized under the provisions of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act as amended by the Homeless Emergency Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing Act of 2009 (HEARTH Act), and implemented by 24 CFR Part 576, is ineligible to be carried out with ESG program funds.
