The Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG program) is a federal program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as set forth in Title 42 of the U.S. Code (42 U.S.C. Sections 11371-11378) as well as parts of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations (24 CFR Part 576).
