265—41.5(16) Application procedures.

The authority shall issue requests for applications periodically, specifying requirements, priorities, period of funding, and maximum and minimum award amounts, subject to available funding. Requests for applications may be issued jointly with the ESG program. Only applications submitted as prescribed by the authority will be considered.
