21—91.20(203) Security of a provider’s electronic central filing system or a licensee’s electronic database.

Only authorized employees of the licensee will have access to the provider’s central filing system or the licensee’s electronic database. A provider must prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to its central filing system. If a licensee uses its own computer database, the licensee will maintain a backup of the database to ensure electronic grain contracts are not inadvertently lost.
