21—90.22(203C) Facilities.

1. 90.22(1)  No connection between facilities. No unlicensed facility shall be connected to a licensed facility unless prior approval is obtained from the bureau.
2. 90.22(2)  Scale required. All licensees shall have an approved scale for inbound deliveries made by depositors.

No facility shall be considered suitable for the storage of bulk grain unless the warehouse has the necessary equipment such as grain leg, portable augers or vacuvators for handling, receiving, and loading out of grain.
