21—85.40(215A) Testing devices.

All moisture-measuring devices will be tested against a measuring device that will be furnished by the department, and all moisture-measuring devices will be inspected to determine whether they are in proper operational condition and supplied with the proper accessories.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 215A.2.
