21—62.6(99D) Registration fees.

1. 62.6(1)  Iowa-foaled horses. For an Iowa-foaled horse to be eligible to race in Iowa, a $30 registration fee shall be imposed at the time of registration of each stallion, mare or foal registered.

2. 62.6(2)  Iowa-whelped dogs. The following fees shall be imposed at the time of registration:

   1. a. Registration of a dam, $25.
   2. b. Registration of a litter, $10.
   3. c. Registration of a dog, $5.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 99D.22.
