21—45.34(206) Use of heptachlor.

Pesticides containing heptachlor shall not be distributed, sold or used for the purposes of preventing, destroying or repelling mosquitoes or flies.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 206.19, 206.20 and 206.23.
