Iowa Admin. Code r. 21-45.24
In order to promote uniformity among the requirements of the Iowa pesticide Act and requirements of the several states and the federal government, Iowa Code section 206.21 of the Iowa pesticide Act provides for the adoption of rules and regulations in conformity with those prescribed by the United States department of agriculture. Warning, caution and antidote statements required to appear on labels of pesticides under the Iowa pesticide Act shall conform to the warning, caution and antidote statements required under 40 CFR 156 as revised December 14, 2001, and any associated regulations are hereby incorporated into this rule by reference and make a part hereof for the enforcement of FIFRA.
