21—3.5(17A) Petitions for related entities.

If, pursuant to this chapter, the secretary receives a petition for rule making which is not within the rule-making power of the secretary but which is within the rule-making power of an autonomous or semiautonomous entity within the umbrella of the department of agriculture and land stewardship, the petition will be forwarded to the appropriate entity.
